On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.3 pts more than its Oil peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
NCLT Mumbai has approved the merger of Oilmax Energy Private Limited (OEPL) with Asian Energy Services Limited (AESL). OEPL currently holds 90.83 percent of AESL. Share swap ratio fixed at 117 AESL shares for every 10 OEPL shares. Merger still needs approval from Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas to become effective. BSE and NSE have already given no objection.
Pending MoPNG approval, merger simplifies group structure and consolidates oil and gas assets under listed entity AESL.
