Asian Fertilizers Q1 FY27 net loss of Rs 64.80 lakh on weak revenue

Asian Fertilizers reported Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 930.39 lakh, down 56.6% YoY from Rs 2,141.15 lakh. The company swung to a net loss of Rs 64.80 lakh versus a profit of Rs 11.32 lakh in Q1 FY26. EPS was negative Rs 0.82. Total expenses at Rs 1,024.54 lakh exceeded total income of Rs 959.74 lakh. Cost of materials consumed dropped sharply to Rs 91.70 lakh from Rs 1,090.59 lakh YoY. No exceptional items were reported. Auditor issued a clean limited review report.
