Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q3 FY26 consolidated net sales up 3.9% at Rs 8,850 cr, standalone up 2.9% at Rs 7,602 cr. Standalone PAT fell 7.1% to Rs 1,025 cr, consolidated PAT down 4.6% to Rs 1,060 cr, hit by Rs 166 cr exceptional items including Labour Code one-time expense and Rs 106 cr White Teak impairment. PBDIT margins improved 90 to 100 basis points. Decorative India volumes grew 7.9%, industrial segment posted mid-teen growth.
Steady topline and margin gains, but Q3 PAT dented by one-time charges including White Teak impairment. Acquisition strategy under watch.
