Asian Star Company's board, at its meeting on May 30, 2025, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs. 3,52,329.59 lakhs in FY25 from Rs. 2,91,956.25 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 21%. Consolidated net profit nearly doubled to Rs. 7,757.70 lakhs (vs Rs. 3,874.80 lakhs), with EPS rising to Rs. 48.25 from Rs. 24.21. The board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share (15% on face value of Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Statutory auditors M/s V.A. Parikh & Associates LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. Additionally, Yogesh D. Dabholkar & Co was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30).
Strong positive for shareholders — robust topline growth, near doubling of profits, and a dividend payout signal healthy cash generation. The clean audit opinion and reduced short-term borrowings further strengthen confidence in the stock.
