Asian Warehousing Limited's board approved its unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26 and the nine months ended December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations more than doubled year-on-year in Q3 to Rs. 47.60 lakhs (vs Rs. 22.85 lakhs in Q3 FY25), while nine-month revenue rose about 45% to Rs. 137.84 lakhs. The company swung to a small profit before tax of Rs. 3.18 lakhs in Q3 from a loss of Rs. 15.14 lakhs a year earlier, with nine-month PBT at Rs. 7.01 lakhs versus a loss of Rs. 17.17 lakhs. Profit after tax for nine months came in at Rs. 7.37 lakhs (up roughly 31% from Rs. 5.62 lakhs), though Q3 PAT was marginally negative at Rs. 0.05 lakhs. Statutory auditor Ramesh M. Sheth & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Sharp revenue growth and a return to profitability at the operating level are positive signals for shareholders, though the absolute earnings base remains very small and Q3 PAT was nearly flat, suggesting the stock reaction is likely to be muted unless scaled-up performance continues.
