Asian Warehousing Limited reported revenue from operations of Rs. 47.60 lakh for Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025), more than doubling from Rs. 22.85 lakh in Q3 FY25 — a sharp year-on-year jump of around 108%. Nine-month revenue grew roughly 45% to Rs. 137.84 lakh from Rs. 95.07 lakh a year ago. The company swung back to a pre-tax profit of Rs. 3.18 lakh in Q3, compared with a loss of Rs. 15.14 lakh in the same quarter last year. However, Q3 profit after tax came in marginally negative at Rs. 0.05 lakh due to deferred tax adjustments, even as nine-month PAT improved about 31% to Rs. 7.37 lakh from Rs. 5.62 lakh. Finance costs remain elevated at Rs. 16.43 lakh for the quarter, and other expenses doubled year-on-year, keeping margins thin. The statutory auditor (M/s Ramesh M Sheth and Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications.
Strong revenue growth and the return to a quarterly profit are encouraging signs, but the wafer-thin Q3 PAT and high finance costs suggest profitability is still fragile. Short-term stock reaction may be muted unless margins improve more visibly in coming quarters.
