Aspira Pathlab reported Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 616.91 lakh, up 17.5% YoY from Rs 524.80 lakh. However, PAT swung to a loss of Rs 3.77 lakh versus a profit of Rs 46.94 lakh YoY, as expenses rose to Rs 632.62 lakh. EPS was minus 0.04. Board also appointed Vaibhav Odhekar as Additional Executive Director, redesignated Nikunj Mange as Managing Director, and named a new Internal Auditor. Fund raise proposal was deferred.
PAT turning negative despite revenue growth signals margin pressure and rising costs. Director reshuffle and deferred fund raise point to a strategic reset.
