Assam Entrade's Board approved standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26. Total standalone income fell sharply to ₹195.86 lakh in Q2 FY26 from ₹664.40 lakh in Q2 FY25 (about 70% YoY decline), and H1 FY26 income dropped to ₹388.30 lakh from ₹1,281.20 lakh a year ago. The company slipped into a small standalone loss of ₹0.50 lakh in Q2 FY26 versus a profit of ₹171.89 lakh in Q2 FY25; consolidated Q2 FY26 also showed a loss of ₹0.53 lakh. Profit before tax for H1 FY26 was just ₹62.11 lakh (standalone) versus ₹274.99 lakh in H1 FY25. Operating cash flow remained negative at ₹(210.48) lakh standalone and ₹(209.64) lakh consolidated. Statutory auditor Mehrotra & Co issued an unmodified limited review report; the two subsidiaries (Sumeru Commosales and Pacific Barter) were not reviewed by the principal auditor.
Sharp revenue contraction and a return to quarterly losses, combined with continued negative operating cash flow, signal weak operational performance and may weigh negatively on the stock. However, the balance sheet remains strong with very low borrowings (₹209 lakh) against equity of over ₹6,264 lakh, providing some cushion.
