The company filed the transcript of its Q4 FY25 earnings call held on April 28, 2025. For Q4 FY25, net revenue stood at INR 243 crore (broadly flat YoY), but EBITDA jumped 93% YoY to INR 36 crore with margin of 15%, and PAT rose 83% YoY to INR 22 crore. For full year FY25, revenue grew 42% to INR 1,076 crore, EBITDA was INR 128 crore (12% margin) and PAT was INR 81 crore. Management guided for FY26 revenue growth of 11-15% excluding ethanol and overall double-digit growth including ethanol, with EBITDA margins in the 11-13% range. Plans include launching RTD by June 2025, premium brandy in Q2 FY26, and tequila in Q3 FY26, alongside entering Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Goa and Pondi/Mahe markets. A INR 100 crore capex is planned primarily for the malt plant, which will start production in June 2025 with single malt expected by end of calendar 2026.
Strong Q4 EBITDA growth of 93% YoY and clear forward guidance on revenue and margins should be viewed positively by shareholders. Geographic expansion into high-value markets like Maharashtra and UP, combined with a product pipeline in premium categories, supports the growth story, though near-term margins may see slight pressure from new market entry costs.
