Aster DM Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue rose 13% YoY to Rs 1,185.76 crore (9M up 10% at Rs 3,460.84 crore). Q3 PAT dipped to Rs 58.65 crore from Rs 64.39 crore, weighed by Rs 28.29 crore exceptional items (mainly new Labour Code impact of about Rs 27.86 crore plus merger-related fees). Nine-month PAT still grew around 9% to Rs 273.52 crore. Standalone Q3 PAT rose 11% to Rs 55.16 crore on revenue of Rs 665.75 crore (up 16%). Board approved ESOP Scheme 2026, conversion of Rs 129.35 crore inter-corporate loan into equity of wholly owned subsidiary Aster DM Multispecialty Hospital, and a framework for group company loans, all pending shareholder approval via postal ballot.
Revenue growth looks healthy; Q3 PAT dip is mostly a one-time Labour Code provision. Loan-to-equity conversion is neutral. ESOP and group loans await shareholder nod.
