Aster DM Quality Care reported Q1FY27 results. Standalone revenue grew to INR 725.73 crores from INR 613.04 crores a year ago. Profit before exceptional items rose to INR 120.68 crores. But merger-related exceptional costs of INR 109.79 crores caused a standalone loss of INR 14.30 crores, versus a profit of INR 80.59 crores last year. Merger with Quality Care India became effective 1 July 2026, prompting the name change. Deloitte issued an unmodified review.
The standalone loss comes from one-time merger costs only. Underlying business stays strong and the completed merger should scale up consolidated numbers ahead.
