Astra Microwave Products reported standalone Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs. 258.24 crores, almost flat year-on-year, while nine-month revenue grew about 4.5% to Rs. 668.45 crores. Standalone profit after tax for the nine months rose roughly 6% to Rs. 72.57 crores, and consolidated PAT grew about 9% to Rs. 86.99 crores, driven by better cost control and improved operating margins. The order book stands strong at Rs. 2,226 crores standalone and Rs. 2,566 crores consolidated, giving solid revenue visibility. Separately, CFO Rahul Rungta resigned to take up the CFO role at wholly owned subsidiary Astra Space Technologies, with chartered accountant Srinivasarao Devathi appointed as the new CFO. The auditor Price Waterhouse issued a clean, unmodified limited review report.
Steady earnings growth and a healthy order pipeline are positive for shareholder confidence, though single-digit revenue growth suggests no major demand acceleration. The CFO transition appears orderly, as the outgoing CFO continues within the group.
