Astra Microwave Products announced audited FY25 results. Standalone revenue from operations rose ~15.5% to Rs. 1,044 crore (from Rs. 904 crore) and profit after tax grew ~27% to Rs. 143 crore (from Rs. 113 crore), with EPS at Rs. 15.10 vs Rs. 12.00. Consolidated revenue grew ~15.7% to Rs. 1,051 crore with PAT of Rs. 154 crore (~27% growth). The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.20 per share (110% on face value of Rs. 2). Order book is robust at Rs. 1,952 crore as of March 31, 2025, with Rs. 1,096 crore of fresh orders booked during the year. The Board also approved issuance of up to 20.14 lakh convertible warrants at Rs. 864 each, potentially raising Rs. 174 crore, and appointed two new independent directors (including a woman director). Auditor Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong double-digit profit growth, healthy order book, and dividend announcement are positive for shareholders, though negative operating cash flow (Rs. -98.9 crore) due to a sharp rise in receivables and inventories is a watch item. The proposed warrant issue could lead to some equity dilution.
