AstraZeneca Pharma India posted Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 559 crore, up 37% from Rs 408 crore a year ago. Half-year revenue grew to Rs 1,085 crore from Rs 796 crore. Q2 profit after tax rose to Rs 54.2 crore versus Rs 38.4 crore. H1 PAT jumped to Rs 110 crore from Rs 27 crore. The firm booked a Rs 5.3 crore exceptional charge for its Bangalore manufacturing site, shut down in June 2025 and now held for sale. H1 operating cash flow turned negative at Rs 66 crore versus positive Rs 38 crore earlier.
Strong topline and profit growth, but negative H1 operating cash flow and Bangalore plant exit deserve attention.
