Astron Paper under CIRP replies to SEBI non-compliance notices

Astron Paper is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process since May 11, 2026 per an NCLT Ahmedabad order. The Resolution Professional has replied to stock exchange notices about delayed or non-compliant financial result filings under Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR. The RP clarified that these non-compliances occurred before CIRP under the previous management, and cannot be attributed to the current RP. June 2026 quarterly results are delayed due to non-cooperation from the suspended management, and an application under Section 19(2) of IBC has been filed before NCLT.
