Atal Realtech reported Q1 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹1,060.08 lakhs, nearly 3x the ₹349.32 lakhs earned in Q1 FY25. Total income stood at ₹1,103.98 lakhs. Profit before tax rose to ₹88.85 lakhs (standalone) from ₹27.32 lakhs YoY, while profit after tax grew to ₹66.12 lakhs (standalone) / ₹66.01 lakhs (consolidated) versus ₹20.13 lakhs last year — roughly a 3.3x jump. Basic and diluted EPS came in at ₹0.06 (vs ₹0.03). This is the first quarter with consolidated numbers, as the company had no subsidiary in prior periods. The growth is largely driven by the Real Estate segment, which contributed ₹238.33 lakhs in revenue versus just ₹2.54 lakhs for the full prior year.
Strong YoY growth in revenue and profit is positive for shareholders, but EBITDA margin compressed from ~21.8% to ~14.6% YoY, indicating rising costs relative to sales. The Real Estate segment is a new growth driver and warrants close tracking for sustainability.
