Atam Valves reported a sharp deterioration in Q3 FY26 results, swinging to a loss of Rs. 57.64 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 187.55 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Q3 revenue from operations fell to Rs. 1,041.16 lakhs, down about 40% from Rs. 1,738.17 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue declined roughly 25% to Rs. 3,419.07 lakhs (from Rs. 4,579.13 lakhs), while profit after tax more than halved to Rs. 186.13 lakhs from Rs. 416.84 lakhs. Total expenses of Rs. 1,116.72 lakhs in Q3 exceeded total income, driving the loss despite a tax credit of Rs. 17.39 lakhs. Earnings per share for 9M FY26 stood at Rs. 1.06 versus Rs. 3.64 a year earlier. Statutory auditor J.C. Arora & Associates issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
Weak set of numbers — steep revenue contraction and a quarterly loss are likely to weigh on the stock and test investor confidence in the company's near-term outlook.
