Atam Valves Limited reported its Q1 FY26 results with revenue from operations of Rs. 1,237.13 lakhs, up about 7.7% from Rs. 1,148.48 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax rose to Rs. 123.93 lakhs from Rs. 93.08 lakhs YoY, a growth of roughly 33%, supported by lower raw material costs and improved operating efficiency. Earnings per share stood at Rs. 1.08 versus Rs. 0.81 in Q1 FY25. The statutory auditor (J.C. Arora & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report, and the results were approved by the Board on August 11, 2025. The company continues to operate as a single-segment business focused on manufacturing valves, fittings, steam traps and strainers.
Strong PAT growth on modest revenue increase suggests margin improvement and cost discipline, which is positive for shareholders. However, revenue growth remains below 10%, so the upside is largely driven by cost control rather than topline expansion.
