Atam Valves reported FY26 revenue of ₹4,729 lakh and PAT of ₹242 lakh, both significantly lower than FY25 revenue of ₹6,050 lakh and PAT of ₹632 lakh. PAT margin contracted to 5.11% from 10.45% in FY25, while EBITDA margin fell to 10.41% from 16.45%, reflecting a challenging business environment and temporary margin pressure. Q4FY26 showed a sequential recovery with revenue of ₹1,310 lakh and PAT of ₹86 lakh. The key highlight was the achievement of API SPEC Q1 certification, valid until April 2029, which enables the company to bid for oil & gas projects with global majors like Chevron, Shell, and Petronas. Management targets growing export revenue from 3% to 25% and expanding the dealer network from 700+ to 1,000+, and expects margin improvement as higher-margin API-grade products scale up.
The sharp decline in FY26 profitability is a near-term concern, but the API certification opens a significant growth avenue in the high-value oil & gas segment, potentially improving margins as the product mix shifts toward premium API-grade valves. The export expansion target and dealer network growth signal long-term revenue diversification.
