Atcom Q1 FY27: Loss widens to Rs 9.61 lakh, nil revenue

Atcom Technologies reported a standalone and consolidated loss of Rs 9.61 lakh for Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026), up from a Rs 6.82 lakh loss in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations was zero. Total expenses were Rs 9.61 lakh, mainly employee costs and other expenses. EPS was minus Rs 0.006. The Board also appointed a new Internal Auditor and Secretarial Auditor. Prior period figures have been restated or regrouped.
