Atishay Ltd reported FY26 revenue from operations of Rs. 5,517.32 lakh, up about 7.9% from Rs. 5,114.76 lakh in FY25. Profit after tax rose to Rs. 700.52 lakh from Rs. 663.52 lakh, a growth of around 5.6%. Q4 FY26 was weaker, with revenue falling to Rs. 1,016.60 lakh from Rs. 1,284.40 lakh in Q4 FY25. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1 per share (10% on face value of Rs. 10) subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditors M/s B.M. Parekh & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion. The company also appointed Sanjay Gupta as Independent Director and Atishay Jain (relative of the MD/Promoter) as Whole-Time Director.
Modest top-line and bottom-line growth along with a clean audit and a 10% dividend are positives for shareholders, but the sharp swing in operating cash flow from a positive Rs. 403.28 lakh last year to a negative Rs. 245.72 lakh this year is a key concern, suggesting working capital is consuming cash. The weak Q4 print and intra-family board appointment may temper near-term sentiment.
