The board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Standalone Q2 sales rose 23.1% year on year to Rs 390.08 crore, but half-year sales were nearly flat at Rs 632.07 crore. Standalone half-year profit rose 51.0% to Rs 92.61 crore; consolidated profit rose 40.4% to Rs 78.97 crore. Reviewers found no material misstatement. Consolidated operating cash flow fell to Rs 58.94 crore from Rs 118.27 crore due to higher inventories.
Profit growth is positive, but flat half-year sales and lower operating cash flow could limit the stock's near-term gains.
