Atul Limited reported strong full-year results for FY2026 (ended March 31, 2026). Standalone revenue grew 9.6% to ₹5,564 crore, while consolidated revenue rose 12.4% to ₹6,274 crore. Profit after tax surged 30.4% to ₹595 crore on standalone basis and 38.2% to ₹689 crore on consolidated basis. EPS improved to ₹202.11 (standalone) and ₹230.25 (consolidated). The Board proposed a dividend of ₹30 per share (300%) subject to shareholder approval at the July 31, 2026 AGM. The statutory auditors issued unmodified (clean) audit opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also reappointed Mr. Samveg Lalbhai as Managing Director for 5 years from December 15, 2026.
Strong profit growth exceeding 25% combined with a clean audit opinion and attractive dividend yield should be positive for shareholders. The company's chemical segments (Life Science Chemicals and Performance and Other Chemicals) both delivered solid revenue and profit growth.
