Atul reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,573.62 cr, up 11% YoY. PAT jumped 40% to Rs 163.54 cr. For 9M FY26, revenue rose 11% to Rs 4,603.47 cr and PAT grew 30% to Rs 478.27 cr. Standalone Q3 PAT was Rs 121.15 cr, up 31%. Results include a one-time Rs 36.61 cr (standalone) and Rs 41.35 cr (consolidated) provision for new labour codes. Auditors gave an unmodified limited review.
Strong profit growth shows margin expansion; one-time labour code provision is a near-term drag but underlying earnings momentum is healthy for shareholders.
