Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 21% to ₹1,877.04 crore, but profit fell 13% to ₹158.71 crore. First-half revenue rose 23% to ₹3,724.99 crore and profit rose 31% to ₹412.64 crore. The Board approved a buy-back of up to ₹90 crore at no more than ₹7,500 per share from non-promoters, indicatively 120,000 shares or 0.41%. Price Waterhouse will replace Deloitte after the 2027 AGM, subject to shareholder approval. Reviews were unmodified.
First-half growth may support sentiment, but the buy-back is small and weaker Q2 profit points to near-term margin pressure.
