ATV Projects India Ltd reported audited FY25 results with revenue from operations of Rs 7,056.86 lakhs, up ~14.7% from Rs 6,153.15 lakhs in FY24. Total income rose to Rs 7,131.31 lakhs versus Rs 6,163.56 lakhs. Profit after tax grew ~14.6% to Rs 740.12 lakhs (from Rs 645.69 lakhs), translating to EPS of Rs 1.39 vs Rs 1.22. For Q4 FY25 standalone, revenue was Rs 1,778.43 lakhs (down ~7.4% YoY) but PAT rose sharply to Rs 257.17 lakhs (from Rs 152.33 lakhs). The company is engaged in manufacturing engineering equipment and operates as a single segment. Borrowings declined to Rs 4,267.42 lakhs (from Rs 5,059.69 lakhs) while cash balance fell to Rs 143.23 lakhs. Operating cash flow remained positive at Rs 585.20 lakhs. Auditor M/s RHAD & Co. issued an unmodified opinion, and no income tax provision was made due to carry-forward losses.
Modest top-line growth and steady profit expansion, with debt reduction, are positives. However, the heavy related-party balances with group companies (notably Seftech entities) and weak Q4 revenue warrant attention. The overall results are broadly neutral for shareholders.
