ATV Projects India Ltd has filed its unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended 30 September 2025) along with a limited review report from auditor RHAD & Co. The auditor issued an unqualified review conclusion with no qualifications, emphasis of matter, or going concern flag. Total assets grew to ₹27,532 lacs from ₹25,930 lacs as on 31 March 2025, while other equity rose to ₹15,689 lacs from ₹15,341 lacs. Long-term borrowings were trimmed to ₹3,672 lacs from ₹4,267 lacs, indicating debt reduction. However, inventories surged to ₹3,319 lacs from ₹2,096 lacs and trade payables jumped sharply to ₹1,147 lacs from ₹458 lacs, suggesting a working capital build-up. Operating cash flow for H1 was positive at ₹712 lacs, higher than the prior full-half-year comparable.
The results show a cleaner balance sheet with lower long-term debt and improving cash generation, which is positive for shareholders. However, the sharp rise in inventory and trade payables warrants attention as it ties up working capital. The auditor's clean report removes any immediate governance red flags.
