ATV Projects reported unaudited Q2 FY27 revenue of Rs 16.00 crore, up 14.7 percent from Rs 13.95 crore a year ago. Net profit was Rs 6.20 crore versus Rs 1.47 crore, helped by a Rs 4.07 crore land sale gain. Profit before exceptional items was Rs 2.11 crore. Half-year revenue rose 25.4 percent to Rs 36.62 crore and profit to Rs 8.23 crore. Operating cash flow was positive at Rs 1.69 crore. A Rs 21.59 crore GST demand was set aside on appeal.
Profit is boosted by a one-off land sale gain, so recurring earnings are modest. Revenue growth, cash flow and GST relief are positives.
