ATVO Enterprises (formerly Vandana Knitwear) reported its FY25 audited results showing net sales of ₹444.80 lakh vs ₹371.47 lakh in FY24, a growth of about 20%. Total operating income rose to ₹517.14 lakh from ₹439.95 lakh. Profit after tax improved to ₹11.41 lakh from ₹10.15 lakh, with EPS at ₹0.01 (vs ₹0.0095). For Q4 alone, however, net sales dipped to ₹152.60 lakh from ₹174.79 lakh a year earlier. Operating cash flow turned positive at ₹2.91 lakh (vs a negative ₹30.21 lakh last year), and long-term borrowings were sharply reduced from ₹77.66 lakh to ₹7.50 lakh. The statutory auditor Naresh Maheshwari & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, and the company has just one segment — knitting job work. The Board also approved the appointment of a new secretarial auditor (R.K. Jain & Associates) and internal auditor (Mr. Vivek Agnihotri) for FY26.
The full-year numbers show modest top-line growth and a small uptick in profit, with a cleaner balance sheet and positive operating cash flow, but the absolute scale is very small and Q4 sales slipped — limited material impact expected on the stock price.
