Citizen Infoline Ltd reported audited FY25 results with revenue from operations of ₹404.94 lakhs vs ₹392.02 lakhs in FY24, a modest ~3.3% growth. Total income rose to ₹441.86 lakhs from ₹430.14 lakhs. Profit before tax jumped sharply to ₹4.00 lakhs (from ₹0.79 lakhs), and profit after tax more than quadrupled to ₹3.29 lakhs vs ₹0.79 lakhs, translating to EPS of ₹0.06. The auditor (Krutesh Patel & Associates) issued an unmodified/unqualified opinion but included an Emphasis of Matter note regarding the pending scheme of amalgamation with Citizen Solar Private Limited, which if approved would be effective from 1 April 2023 though no adjustments have been made in these results. Q4 FY25 standalone PAT was marginally negative at (₹0.09 lakhs). Cash and equivalents at year-end improved to ~₹2.58 lakhs from ~₹1.07 lakhs.
Strong PAT growth on a small base is a positive signal for shareholders, though the negative Q4 PAT and a pending amalgamation scheme (with retrospective effect from FY24) introduce some uncertainty. The company carries negligible debt and the auditor's unmodified opinion supports financial credibility.
