The Board declared a 4th interim dividend of Rs. 200 per share, taking total FY25 dividends to Rs. 900 per share (Rs. 300 + Rs. 250 + Rs. 150 + Rs. 200). Statutory auditor S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
Strong PAT growth, margin expansion, debt-free balance sheet and a generous dividend payout are positive for shareholders; the stock is likely to react favorably, though the sequential dip in Q4 revenue vs Q3 may draw some analyst attention.
