Aadhar Housing Finance Limited (AADHARHFC) reported its first full-year audited results as a listed company (listed in May 2024) for FY25. Total income grew ~20% year-on-year to Rs 3,10,862 lakhs from Rs 2,58,665 lakhs, driven by a 19.5% rise in interest income to Rs 2,71,899 lakhs. Profit after tax rose ~21.8% to Rs 91,211 lakhs (from Rs 74,851 lakhs), with basic EPS at Rs 21.44 vs Rs 18.96. Asset quality remained strong with GNPA at 1.08%, NNPA at 0.71%, and a healthy Capital Adequacy Ratio of 44.61% and Liquidity Coverage Ratio of 339%. The board also approved increasing borrowing limits to Rs 30,000 crore and appointed a new Independent Director and Secretarial Auditor. Joint statutory auditors (S.R. Batliboi & Associates and Kirtane & Pandit) issued an unmodified opinion.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth, healthy asset quality, and robust capital adequacy are positive for shareholders. The increased borrowing limit signals growth ambitions. The clean (unmodified) audit opinion supports investor confidence, and PAT growth of ~22% indicates the company is scaling profitably post-IPO.
