SW Investments Limited reported strong growth for FY25 with total income rising to ₹28.16 lakhs from ₹16.11 lakhs in FY24, a jump of nearly 75%. Revenue from operations more than doubled to ₹23.03 lakhs (from ₹10.02 lakhs), and net profit after tax grew sharply to ₹7.96 lakhs (from ₹3.03 lakhs). Basic EPS for the year improved to ₹0.88 from ₹0.56. However, the Q4 standalone quarter was muted, with profit after tax falling to ₹0.42 lakhs (from ₹0.60 lakhs in Q4 FY24) despite higher revenue. Other comprehensive income swung to a loss of ₹2.69 lakhs (vs a ₹97.46 lakh gain last year) due to fair value changes in investments. Total assets stood at ₹786.28 lakhs and equity at ₹776.50 lakhs. Statutory auditors Bagaria & Co. LLP issued an unqualified (clean) opinion.
Full-year numbers look strong with over 2x revenue growth and meaningful profit improvement, but weak Q4 PAT and a swing to negative other comprehensive income (mark-to-market losses on investments) and negative operating cash flow of ₹195 lakhs are points worth watching. The re-appointment of auditors and appointment of a secretarial auditor are routine governance items requiring shareholder approval.
