Clean Science and Technology reported its FY25 audited results with consolidated revenue from operations rising about 22% to Rs. 9,666.4 million from Rs. 7,914.9 million in FY24. Consolidated profit after tax grew roughly 8% to Rs. 2,644.1 million, while standalone PAT rose about 18% to Rs. 2,923 million on standalone revenue of Rs. 9,223.2 million (up ~17%). Basic EPS came in at Rs. 24.88 (consolidated) and Rs. 27.51 (standalone) for the year. The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4 per share (400% on face value of Rs. 1), subject to shareholder approval, and re-appointed two whole-time directors for a fresh 5-year term starting April 1, 2026. Statutory auditor Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results, and operating cash flow remained healthy at Rs. 2,793.9 million.
The strong revenue growth and clean audit opinion are positive signals for shareholders, though the modest PAT growth (around 8% consolidated) suggests margin pressure compared to the top-line jump. The 400% final dividend is a meaningful return and reflects management's confidence in cash generation.
