On the reaction day the stock moved 3.6 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
AUDROC Limited's board approved the allotment of 20 crore equity shares (face value Re 1) upon conversion of 20 crore Fully Convertible Equity Warrants. These warrants were earlier allotted in August 2026 on a preferential basis to promoter group and non-promoter individuals at Rs 4 per warrant. As a result, paid-up equity capital has surged from Rs 65 lakh (65 lakh shares) to about Rs 20.65 crore (20.65 crore shares), a significant dilution.
Massive share count increase causes significant dilution for existing shareholders; price impact depends on warrants strike price relative to current market.
