Aurionpro Solutions reported strong FY25 results with consolidated revenue from operations rising about 32% to Rs. 1,17,297 lakhs (from Rs. 88,747 lakhs last year). Consolidated profit after tax grew roughly 33% to Rs. 18,843 lakhs (from Rs. 14,203 lakhs). On a standalone basis, revenue rose about 37% to Rs. 79,804 lakhs and profit after tax more than doubled to Rs. 8,502 lakhs from Rs. 3,890 lakhs. Operating cash flow remained healthy at Rs. 15,710 lakhs. The company completed acquisitions of Fenixys SAS (France, EUR 10 million) and Fintra Software (India, Rs. 23 crores), and made Aurionpro MENA a wholly owned subsidiary. Auditors CKSP & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3 per share (30%), in addition to the Rs. 1 interim dividend already paid.
Strong double-digit revenue and profit growth, clean audit, and continued acquisitions point to healthy business momentum. The final dividend adds to shareholder returns; EPS comparison with prior year is restated for the 1:1 bonus issue done in June 2024.
