Aurionpro Solutions reported strong Q1 FY26 results with consolidated revenue from operations rising about 29% year-on-year to Rs. 33,682 lakhs (vs Rs. 26,162 lakhs in Q1 FY25). Consolidated profit after tax grew roughly 14% to Rs. 5,064 lakhs, while profit before tax rose about 10% to Rs. 5,979 lakhs; basic EPS stood at Rs. 9.55 vs Rs. 8.15. On a standalone basis, revenue jumped 33% to Rs. 21,710 lakhs and profit after tax climbed 46% to Rs. 2,337 lakhs, driven by the software services segment which grew nearly 40% to Rs. 25,257 lakhs. The Board also approved a first interim dividend of Re. 1 per equity share (10% on face value of Rs. 10) for FY26, with a record date of July 30, 2025 and payment by August 21, 2025. Additionally, the company completed acquisitions of Fintra Software (India) for Rs. 2,300 lakhs and Clipston and Associates (now Aurionpro UK) through its Singapore subsidiary.
Strong top-line growth, especially in the higher-margin software services segment, signals healthy business momentum and supports the dividend payout, which rewards existing shareholders. Margin compression on a consolidated basis (PBT margin slipped from about 20.8% to 17.8%) and the dilutive impact of new acquisitions are points to watch. Short-term sentiment is likely positive due to solid revenue growth and the dividend, while the acquisitions expand the global footprint for long-term growth.
