Board approved audited FY26 results. Consolidated revenue from operations rose 50.8% to Rs 38,109 lakhs from Rs 25,277 lakhs. Net profit swung to Rs 72 lakhs from a Rs 4,122 lakhs loss, helped by Rs 1,235 lakhs gain from discontinued operations (building sale). Continuing operations loss narrowed to Rs 1,163 lakhs from Rs 4,043 lakhs. Results include effect of merger between two wholly owned subsidiaries and are restated for prior year. Auditor flagged an emphasis of matter on the merger scheme with no financial impact.
Sharp revenue growth and bottomline swing to profit is positive, but a large share comes from a one-time building sale. Continuing losses narrowed but remain.
