Aurum PropTech Ltd has announced the results of its postal ballot concluded on June 7, 2025, with all five resolutions passed with overwhelming shareholder support (over 99.6% in favour on every resolution). The key resolutions include approval to raise funds up to Rs. 600 crore through modes such as equity shares, convertible securities, Non-Convertible Debentures, Rights Issue, FPO, QIP, or preferential issue, and a separate approval for a QIP of up to Rs. 300 crore within that overall limit. Other approved items include a variation in the objects of the rights issue, appointment of Mr. Ashish Deora as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and approval of material related party transactions. Promoters, holding about 3.60 crore shares, voted 100% in favour of the first three resolutions and abstained on the director appointment and related-party items where they had an interest. Public participation in voting was around 13.6% of outstanding shares.
Shareholders have cleared the way for the company to raise up to Rs. 600 crore (including a Rs. 300 crore QIP), which could lead to equity dilution but also fund growth or strengthen the balance sheet. The stock may see short-term pressure depending on the pricing and timing of any eventual QIP or rights issue.
