AuSom Enterprise Limited reported audited standalone revenue of Rs. 81,395 Lakhs for FY 2025-26, down significantly from Rs. 2,39,253 Lakhs in the previous year. Standalone profit after tax grew marginally to Rs. 2,001 Lakhs from Rs. 1,962 Lakhs. On a consolidated basis, revenue stood at Rs. 2,08,493 Lakhs (down from Rs. 2,39,755 Lakhs), with consolidated PAT at Rs. 1,948 Lakhs. The company declared a final dividend of Rs. 1 per share (10% on face value Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. During the quarter, the company increased its stake in IGR Ausom LLP from 50% to 100%, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary effective 1 January 2026.
Revenue has declined sharply year-on-year, though profitability was maintained with marginal PAT growth. The negative operating cash flow of Rs. 311.38 Lakhs (consolidated) is a concern despite the company reporting positive net profit. The clean audit opinion is positive for investor confidence.
