Authum Investment and Infrastructure has allotted 20 lakh Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCRPS) to promoter Mentor Capital Limited on a private placement basis. Shares have a face value of Rs 10 and were issued at Rs 1,000 each, with Rs 990 as security premium, raising a total of Rs 200 Crores. The NCRPS carry a very low 0.01 percent non-cumulative coupon. The allotment follows a special resolution passed by shareholders on November 17, 2025 and was approved by the Fund Raising and Allotment Committee on December 5, 2025.
Promoter is infusing Rs 200 Cr, showing strong confidence in the company. Low 0.01 percent coupon means minimal dividend burden. NCRPS are non-convertible, so no equity dilution.
