Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Authum Investment and Infrastructure has allotted 90 lakh Non-Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCRPS) at Rs 1,000 each, raising Rs 900 Crores from Mentor Capital Limited, the company's promoter, on a private placement basis. The shares carry a 0.01 percent coupon and have a face value of Rs 10. This is a continuation of the company's December 6 intimation and was approved by the Fund Raising Committee on December 8, 2025.
Promoter infusing Rs 900 Cr strengthens capital. Shares are non-convertible, so no equity dilution for existing shareholders.
