Authum posted Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 478.04 cr (down from Rs 604.91 cr in Q2) and PAT of Rs 161.47 cr versus Rs 767.33 cr. 9M revenue fell to Rs 2,298 cr from Rs 3,126 cr. Company allotted 4:1 bonus shares in Jan 2026 and raised Rs 2,050 cr via NCRPS from promoter Mentor Capital. Subsidiary OEDL (formerly Reliance Commercial Finance) has fully eroded networth with Rs 889 cr accumulated losses, raising going concern doubts. SEBI penalty of Rs 25 cr and 5-year market ban on OEDL pending SAT appeal.
Weak Q3 with sharp sequential drop in revenue and profit. Bonus and NCRPS strengthen capital, but subsidiary going concern and SEBI ban remain overhangs.
