Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd reported audited consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated revenue declined significantly to Rs. 2,653.89 crores from Rs. 4,612.22 crores in FY2025, a drop of about 43%. However, profit before tax improved to Rs. 2,115.03 crores largely due to exceptional gains including Rs. 964.45 crores net gain on financial instruments and Rs. 491.89 crores from conversion of assigned debt. The Board also approved amendments to the Memorandum of Association to align with existing business operations, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
The company shows strong profitability driven by exceptional gains rather than core operations, with significant revenue decline. The unmodified audit opinion provides comfort, but the emphasis of matter on the subsidiary's going concern issues and pending SEBI matter warrant attention for long-term investors.
