Automobile Corporation of Goa Ltd reported strong FY26 results with total income of Rs 951.16 crore, up 40.8% from Rs 675.62 crore in FY25. Profit after tax grew 50% to Rs 69.89 crore from Rs 46.60 crore. EPS improved to Rs 114.79 from Rs 76.54. EBITDA margin expanded to 10.51% from 9.95% year-on-year. The company delivered 2,918 bus bodies in Q4 FY26 vs 2,406 units in Q4 FY25. An exceptional item of Rs 328.63 lakh was recorded due to statutory impact of new Labour Codes. The Board proposed a final dividend of Rs 22.50 per share. Borrowings reduced significantly to Rs 879.80 lakh from Rs 8,503.80 lakh. Cash and cash equivalents increased to Rs 12,135.36 lakh from Rs 3,591.23 lakh. The auditor gave an unmodified (clean) opinion.
Strong operational performance with 40%+ revenue growth and 50% PAT growth indicates healthy business momentum. The debt reduction and improved cash position strengthen the balance sheet.
