Autoriders International Ltd filed its unaudited standalone results for the quarter and six months ended 30 September 2025. Total income from operations grew roughly 15% year-on-year to about ₹47.9 crore for the half-year (₹41.6 crore in H1 FY25). However, profit before tax stayed almost flat at around ₹51 lakh versus ₹53 lakh last year, and EPS-based profit after tax actually fell in both the quarter (about -28% YoY) and the half-year (about -13% YoY), showing that expenses grew faster than revenue. Auditor Vandana V. Dodhia & Co. gave a clean limited review with no qualifications. On the board side, Ms. Priyanshi Joshi was appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Shri Chintan Amrish Patel was re-appointed as Managing Director & CEO for another five-year term starting 12 November 2025. Promoter holding increased from 57.33% (March 2025) to 62.43% (September 2025), a meaningful confidence signal. Cash and equivalents dropped sharply from ₹6.27 crore to ₹1.92 crore over the half-year as the company invested in property, plant and equipment (PPE up ~₹9.6 crore to ₹66.5 crore).
Revenue grew but margins compressed, which is a soft spot. The strong promoter stake hike and clean audit are positives, but investors should look for margin recovery in the seasonally stronger second half before turning constructive.
