Autoriders International reported strong Q3 FY26 (Oct–Dec 2025) consolidated results, with net profit more than doubling to ₹235.01 lacs from ₹110.16 lacs a year ago on revenue growth of about 19% to ₹2,410.61 lacs. For the nine months ended December 2025, net profit rose roughly 26% YoY to ₹652.72 lacs on revenue of ₹7,200.93 lacs, up about 16% from ₹6,216.22 lacs. Operating profit before tax in Q3 jumped to ₹276.01 lacs from ₹137.76 lacs, showing healthy margin expansion. The company issued bonus shares in a 5:1 ratio during the quarter, which mechanically diluted EPS (Q3 EPS at ₹6.75 vs ₹18.99 prior year). The board also approved a loan of up to ₹5 crore to its wholly owned subsidiary Solareco Energy Private Limited for working capital and capex, classified as a related-party transaction at arm's length. Statutory auditor Vandana V. Dodhia & Co. issued an unqualified limited review on both standalone and consolidated results.
Sharply higher profits and improving margins are positive signals for shareholders, though the 5:1 bonus issue will mean more shares outstanding going forward. The ₹5 crore inter-corporate loan to the wholly owned subsidiary is at arm's length but represents capital being deployed outside the listed entity, which investors should monitor.
