Avalon Technologies' Board has approved its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) financial results, which show strong year-on-year growth. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 1,664.94 million, up about 42.6% from Rs. 1,167.52 million in Q1 FY25, while standalone profit after tax more than doubled to Rs. 145.77 million from Rs. 69.70 million. On a consolidated basis, revenue jumped to Rs. 3,233.08 million from Rs. 1,994.72 million (~62% growth), and the company swung from a consolidated loss of Rs. 23.07 million in Q1 FY25 to a profit of Rs. 142.14 million. The statutory auditors (Varma & Varma) issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results. The Board also allotted 1,31,620 equity shares to employees under ESOPs at Rs. 20 per share, taking the paid-up share capital to Rs. 13.32 crore (6,66,27,267 shares of Rs. 2 face value).
This is a positive quarter for shareholders — strong double-digit revenue growth and a sharp recovery in profitability (especially on the consolidated side) suggest improving operating leverage in the EMS business. The minor ESOP-related equity dilution is small and unlikely to materially affect shareholders. The clean auditor's report with no qualifications or emphasis-of-matter issues supports confidence in the numbers.
