Avance Technologies' board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for Q3 FY26 and the nine months ended December 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations for Q3 stood at ₹2,550.39 lakhs, up about 26.5% from ₹2,016.70 lakhs in Q3 FY25, with profit before tax rising sharply to ₹89.58 lakhs from ₹10.95 lakhs. For 9M FY26, standalone revenue surged to ₹7,587.58 lakhs (vs ₹4,471.84 lakhs), though standalone PAT eased slightly to ₹231.78 lakhs from ₹245.16 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, Q3 revenue jumped to ₹4,950.24 lakhs (vs ₹3,238.26 lakhs) with PAT of ₹201.40 lakhs, recovering from a ₹77.08 lakh loss in the preceding quarter. Consolidated 9M revenue rose modestly to ₹12,832.08 lakhs while PAT fell sharply to ₹286.38 lakhs from ₹666.48 lakhs. The company noted its statutory auditor is hospitalized due to a critical medical condition, so the Limited Review Report has not been submitted alongside the results and will be filed later.
Strong top-line growth and a sharp Q3 profit rebound are positive signals for the stock, but the delayed auditor sign-off and the sharp year-on-year decline in consolidated 9M profits are points investors should watch closely.
