Avance Technologies reported its audited FY25 results with mixed performance. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations fell to ₹5,793.18 lakhs from ₹6,928.93 lakhs in FY24 (down ~16%), while profit after tax was nearly flat at ₹207.36 lakhs vs ₹207.74 lakhs. Q4 standalone was weak with revenue dropping sharply to ₹1,321.35 lakhs and a small loss after tax of ₹37.80 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew ~19% to ₹17,176.54 lakhs and profit after tax rose ~8.6% to ₹530.24 lakhs, helped by subsidiary contributions (Avance Ventures, Verticore Technologies, Avance Platforms). However, consolidated Q4 slipped into a loss of ₹136.23 lakhs after higher tax outgo. Standalone operating cash flow remained negative at -₹620.43 lakhs, and the auditor (Rishi Sekhri and Associates) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results.
Consolidated FY25 shows improving top-line and profits from subsidiaries, but weak Q4 standalone numbers and continued negative operating cash flows are red flags. Shareholders should watch whether the consolidated growth momentum holds and whether the company can turn its standalone operations cash-positive.
